Prime Testing, Inc. (PTi) provides laboratory testing support for Geotechnical and Corrosion
Engineering consultants. Our mission is to deliver rapid results with tests run in the best
equipment available and performed by highly qualified technicians. We do not compete in the
Geotechnical Consulting market; we simply support consultant's outsource demands.
We perform a wide range of analysis including many physical, thermal and chemical parameters.
Our emphasis is with the classically outsourced tests such as soil corrosion chemistry and
construction aggregate quality although we routinely perform overflow testing with the more
general methods. Our list of clientele includes numerous respected firms and organizations
including USDA/NRCS, Martin Marietta Materials and RFB Consulting.
PTi is strictly a production laboratory and is therefore able to offer truly "supportive" rates.
Additionally, the lack of "in-house" projects translates to results in just hours or days as
opposed to weeks! Sample pickup service is available within Southern California. As well,
non-hazardous bulk samples not regulated by USDA may be shipped to our lab from within the
Continental U.S. (contact us for shipping instructions).
